INDIGO GIN FIZZ

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Empress 1908 Gin

  • .75 oz Simple Syrup

  • .5 oz Lemon Juice

  • .75 oz Lime Juice

  • 1 Egg White

  • Soda Water

  • Edible Flowers for Garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Add the gin, syrup, juices, and egg white to a shaker and shake without ice.

  2. Add ice and shake again.

  3. Shake some more.  The better you shake this, the better the foam.

  4. Strain into a highball glass and carefully top with soda water.

  5. Garnish with edible flowers.

  6. Enjoy!
