NEW YORK SOUR

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bourbon Whiskey

  • 1 oz Lemon Juice

  • .75 oz Simple Syrup

  • 1 Egg White

  • .5 oz Dry Red Wine to Float

Directions

  1. Add whiskey, juice, syrup, and egg white to a shaker.

  2. Dry shake for at least 30 seconds.

  3. Add ice and shake again until chilled.

  4. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.

  5. Slowly pour wine over the back of a bar spoon to float.

  6. Enjoy!
