NEW YORK SOUR
Ingredients

2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
-
1 oz Lemon Juice
-
.75 oz Simple Syrup
-
1 Egg White
-
.5 oz Dry Red Wine to Float
Directions
-
Add whiskey, juice, syrup, and egg white to a shaker.

Dry shake for at least 30 seconds.

Add ice and shake again until chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.

Slowly pour wine over the back of a bar spoon to float.
