.5 oz Domaine de Canton

.5 oz Licor 43

.5 oz Carrot-Ginger Syrup

Candied Ginger for Garnish
Directions

Add the gin, Domaine de Canton, Licor 43, and syrup to a shaker with ice.

Shake until chilled and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with a piece of candied ginger to enhance the flavor.

CARROT-GINGER SYRUP
Ingredients

100% Carrot Juice
-
Sugar
-
1 inch piece of fresh Ginger, cut into pieces
Directions

Add equal parts carrot juice and sugar to a sauce pan with the cut ginger.

Simmer on medium/low heat until sugar is completely dissolved.

Let cool, then strain into a syrup bottle.

Prepare your new favorite cocktail and enjoy!
