Directions

  1. Add the gin, Domaine de Canton, Licor 43, and syrup to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  3. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger to enhance the flavor.

  4. Enjoy!

CARROT-GINGER SYRUP

Ingredients

  • 100% Carrot Juice

  • Sugar

  • 1 inch piece of fresh Ginger, cut into pieces

Directions

  1. Add equal parts carrot juice and sugar to a sauce pan with the cut ginger.

  2. Simmer on medium/low heat until sugar is completely dissolved.

  3. Let cool, then strain into a syrup bottle.

  4. Prepare your new favorite cocktail and enjoy!
