Ingredients

Absinthe (to rinse)

1 Sugar Cube

2 oz Sazerac Rye Whiskey
-
3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
-
Lemon peel garnish
Directions
-
Rinse a chilled rocks glass with Absinthe.

Stir the sugar, whiskey, and bitters in a mixing glass over ice.
-
Strain into rocks glass.
-
Garnish with the lemon peel.
