TEQUILA SOUR

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tequila

  • 1 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1 teaspoon Simple Syrup

  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters

  • 1 Egg White

  • Cocktail Topper from Snowy River Cocktails

Directions

  1. Add everything to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake.

  3. Shake some more.  The better you shake this, the better the foam.

  4. Strain into a coupe glass.

  5. Top with a cocktail topper from Snowy River Cocktails.

  6. Enjoy!
