VAN GOGH'S GARDEN

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Absinthe

  • .5 oz Simple Syrup

  • 3 slices Kiwi

  • 2 slices Cucumber

  • Club Soda

Directions

  1. Muddle two slices of kiwi and two slices of cucumber in the bottom of a rocks glass.

  2. Add crushed ice and Absinthe.

  3. Fill the remainder of the glass with club soda.

  4. Garnish with the last slice of kiwi.

  5. Enjoy!
